PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS:
Due to State and Federal regulations, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy. All sales are final after your payment method has been charged and your package has been handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS). You may log in to your Lux Revive MD account prior to shipment to update your shipping address, payment method, or cancel your subscription. If your prescription arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our patient care team at luxrevivemd@gmail.com
NON-PRESCRIPTION (OVER-THE-COUNTER) PRODUCTS:
Lux Revive MD may accept returns on unopened, non-prescription items within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and COD returns are not accepted. To initiate a return, email luxrevivemd@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product name. Returned items must be in their original, untampered condition. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once received and verified.
LOST PACKAGES:
If your package is lost in transit, Lux Revive MD will work with the shipping carrier to locate or redirect it. If necessary, we will reship your prescription or non-prescription product. Delays due to weather or transit are uncommon, and since we do not ship refrigerated products, extended delivery times will not affect product quality.
